I want a refund. you have apparently underhandedly added an annual subscription to my account. This was totally unclear to me and thousands of others. Many have been duped and it is not allowed to mislead consumers in such a way. I want an immediate refund of the amount you believe you were unexpectedly and unfairly charged me.
