Jim Callaghan

Hi, my name is Jim and I live in "the real Haarlem" in the Netherlands. I am a lawyer by trade and advise airlines on legal and regulatory matters. However, my true love has always been painting, although I have struggled over the years to do it on a regular basis. Always some seemingly good excuse. I am now trying to use the whole Cover-19 wake up call as an impetus to restart my creative side. I haven't ever done a lot of architectural/urban sketching but have always had an interest in old buildings and watercolour is my preferred medium (although I have also worked in oils, pastels, inks, pencils, etc.). Very much looking forward to this course and am amazed by the number of people around the world that are joining. Glad to be a part of this community.
