Paul Vandeborne

As a self taught cabinet maker since 1989, I eventually expanded into including custom furniture making for high end clients and designers with a small team of employees. Although recreating mostly other people's visions and directives (I loved the problem solving aspect) I continued all my life to draw and design objects and furniture that, with the exception of a hand full of pieces, have not been realized into physical objects. More recently I have returned to a one man (traditional machines) woodworking shop. This intentional transition was to allow me to downsize my work load, be more selective and free up time to explore my passion for experimental furniture art and related design.
