Agata Warzecha

My name is Agata Warzecha. I am a Polish artist, inspired by the colors of my childhood, literature and modernist art. I graduated from linguistics and literary studies at the University of Warsaw. I completed two specializations: teaching and cultural animation. I also studied art therapy in Lodz. I paint pictures, draw, create graphics, crochet and handicrafts, in accordance with the principle of zero waste. I intend to create a book with creative games for everyone, and also publish a book with my own fairy tales and illustrations - interactive, with exercises that allow the recipient to complete the story started in the book - in their own, unique way. I am an author of creative workshops for women, in which I use artistic techniques for self-therapeutic work. Topics that interest me in this context are: stress reduction, relaxation, mindfulness, working with relationships and emotions towards achieving a healthy balance between work and personal life. I encourage women to find time exclusively for themselves - free from responsibilities. Time in which we direct our attention to ourselves, our development, passions and better understanding of our own needs.
