Alejandro Masferrer

I'm a process designer and facilitator with more than eight years of experience working globally with different teams and industries. From design and advertising to engineering and communication. I’m a curious creative and lifelong learner.

I developed my brand Triggers in 2016, a company that focuses on producing modern tools for collaboration and teamwork. Our most well-known product is the Ideation Cards and they are used by thousands of teams around the world. I also wrote a book on a methodology that I developed to facilitate co-creation processes called “Creative Process Design; A Methodology for Team Ideation and Co-Creation” (Gustavo Gili, 2019).

I have vast experience in facilitating - both small and large groups, inhouse or remote. I create memorable experiences, engaging workshops and a sense of community and collective purpose for my participants.
