Anna Wilson

I am a fineliner artist from Ontario, Canada interested in the intricate details of interiors, plants, and animals, and the creation of newly imagined places. I love architecture and depicting familiar, comforting objects and furniture.

Growing up on a farm, surrounded by animals and antiques, well-loved furniture and objects have had a huge influences on my drawings. My highly detailed works depict dozens of animals and their surroundings, each drawing absolutely brimming with textures and patterns.

I began drawing and painting from an early age, and attended the University of Western Ontario for my Bachelors of Fine Art in 2018. Upon graduation, I dove right into making drawing my main focus, further exploring the possibilities of fineliner pen.

Since 2018, my drawings have been displayed in Toronto, Montreal, Nova Scotia, and New York. I am thrilled that both the Colart Collection and Sifton Properties have acquired my works, and that I've been featured in two issues of Create! Magazine. My drawings are collected internationally.
