Clare Seal is an author and columnist specializing in financial well-being and money management. She began her career in brand management but, after facing and overcoming her own financial obstacles, Clare discovered a new career path. She started to document her journey to financial stability via her Instagram account myfrugalyear, gaining over 80K followers.
After discovering a large community of creatives and freelancers who struggle with money management, she founded The Financial Well-being Forum, working with individuals and businesses to improve their financial education and security. Clare also wrote a ‘money memoir’ Real Life Money in 2020, followed by The Real Life Money Journal, and is a columnist for Glamour magazine.

Hanoi is originally from Spain but has worked across more than 20 countries and lived in five throughout her career. After finishing her studies in Business Administration at UAM Madrid, she completed an innovation program at Duke University (USA) in partnership with Google, as well as studying at INSEAD (France) and Singularity University (USA).
