A native of Mexico, Ana Marín is passionate about the internet and the possibilities offered by being connected. With more than 11 years of experience working in advertising and strategic planning, she has worked in agencies such as Havas, La doble vida and McCann Worldgroup Mexico, where she works as the digital integration and innovation vice president. In addition, she is part of the steering committee.

She spends most of her time on the internet and brings ideas to life by taking advantage of the best of each platform to connect brands with their audiences with the perfect content and at the right time.

Slovakian native Hana Jay Klokner is a social media marketing specialist who began her journey in 2007, blogging for an online Apple magazine. A year later, she founded her own online fashion magazine where she wrote over 1,500 blog posts.

After ten years of experience managing social media for companies like InnocentStore, she decided to start her own social media consultancy business in 2018: The Klokners Consulting. Through her agency, she has worked with clients including Amazon, glh Hotels, OLIXA, Swoon, and the United Nations. She also wrote and published Wired & Socially Awkward: New York, a collection of social-media themed short stories for adults. Based in London since 2014, she currently lectures at the University of the Arts London and Istituto Marangoni, teaching courses on blog writing, social media marketing, digital marketing, branding, and Instagram.

Tiago Henriques is a Brazilian-Portuguese content creator and author based in London. He was interested in design from a young age and eventually studied for a degree in industrial design at university. From there, alongside designing, he went on to work in a variety of different areas of content creation from video, to illustration.

Tiago is motivated by guiding people through creative processes and establishing strategies that work for them. He has built a following of over 200K people on Instagram, where he shares content designed to help fellow creatives find healthy approaches to posting content online. Tiago has also collaborated with brands including Instagram and Notion, written articles for Medium, and published his own book Erra Uma Vez about the challenges and insecurities of creatives.

Jennifer Hayashi is a multidisciplinary designer and art director from Glasgow, Scotland. Growing up, she was passionate about computer games and went on to study computer arts at the University of Abertay, where she was given the opportunity to live in Japan for a year. There she practiced design and illustration and showed her work at exhibits including Takashi Murakami’s Geisei in Tokyo. She later became a junior designer in a web and design agency before moving to London.

Currently, Jennifer is an associate design director at We Are Social, alongside working on freelance creative projects for clients. She has worked with brands including Adobe, Refinery 29, Unilever, Netflix UK, MAC Cosmetics, and Samsung, and provided design direction on social content for Lidl, Audi, and Westfield.
