Daniel Monedero began his career working on some of the most successful and long-running TV shows in Spain, such as Siete Vidas and Aída. Since then, he has also collaborated as a freelance screenwriter on other series, including Buscando el Norte and Pequeñas Coincidencias, and has written screenplays for films such as Perdiendo el Este and La pequeña Suiza. His most recent film, A mil kilómetros de la Navidad, was released in over 50 countries on Netflix in 2021, ranking among the top five most-watched movies on the platform globally that same year.

In addition to his screenplays, Daniel has written short story collections like Manual de jardinería (para gente sin jardín) and Volar a casa, and has published more than a dozen children's books, some of which, most notably Hipólito el Hipnotizador, have also been published in Mexico. When he's not writing, he shares his knowledge and expertise by teaching narrative and screenwriting workshops.

Julio Rojas is a dentist by trade, which may be hard to believe given that he has devoted over two decades of his life to screenplays and writing. He has worked as a professor at major universities and film schools like the EICTV in Cuba, where he's been teaching the advanced screenwriting course for fifteen years. Julio has also worked as a fiction content director for free-to-air TV channels and audiovisual producers.

His most prominent work includes feature films like Sábado(Rainer Werner Fassbinder Award), La vida de los peces (2012 Goya winner), and La memoria del agua (selected for Venice Days at the 2016 Venice Film Festival). In addition to screenplays, Julio just published his first novel, a historical crime thriller titled El visitante extranjero (The Foreign Visitor), through Penguin Random House.

His Spotify podcast series CASO 32, listed by The New York Times as one of the best audio fictions of 2020, has been remade in various languages as well as categorized as the most-listened-to Spanish-language audio fiction in the world.

Alejandra Moffat is passionate about stories in its multiple formats and facets. She writes novels, stories, and above all, a copious amount of scripts. During her studies, she wrote scripts in fiction, animation, documentary, as well as having advised for film productions in Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, France, Germany, and other countries.

The films she has worked on have been awarded at international festivals like Berlinale, Rotterdam, FICUNAM, Havana Film Festival, Cinema Tropical, and Annecy.

Jimena Eme Vázquez has been writing stories since she was a child. As she wanted to be an actor, she studied Dramatic Literature and Theater at the UNAM (Mexico City). Through combining these two disciplines she quickly discovered her true calling, and in 2014 she debuted her first piece as a professional playwright.

Today, she writes novels, stories for young people, and above all, plays. Her name has appeared on posters for pieces like Piel de mariposa (Butterfly Skin), Un beso en la frente (A kiss on the forehead) and No todas viven en Salem (They don't all live in Salem). She won first prize for the Vicente Leñero Young Dramatist award as well as the Cuenta Conmigo contest.

Daniel Tubau is a screenwriter, teacher, writer, and director. As a screenwriter, he has worked on television programs and series such as El Gran Juego de la Oca, El Informal, Mitos y Leyendas, Guardianes de la Historia, and many more. In the series Trilocos, an original idea by Emilio Aragón "Miliki," he was also showrunner for 130 programs.

He has published more than a dozen books, four of them about screenwriting: Las paradojas del guionista, La musa en el laboratorio, El espectador es el protagonista, and El guion del siglo 21. He is also a professor of screenwriting, directing, literature, and creativity in academies and universities such as SAE Institute in Mexico, Universidad de Lima in Peru, Escuela de Cine de Cuba EICTV, UASD in the Dominican Republic, Escuela de Cine ECAM, Universidad Nebrija, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and Universidad Carlos III, among others.
