
Kyoko Takeyama is a speaker, trainer, and communication coach based in Barcelona. She first discovered a love of being on stage at the age of thirteen, when she had the opportunity to sing as part of her school theater program. From there, she went on to study for a master’s degree in communication and began giving cultural talks. In 2019, Kyoko started actively sharing her work on social media which kickstarted her career as a communication coach.
Now she teaches professionals to become conscious communicators through one-to-one coaching and communication training for companies and universities. She has worked for clients including IESE, University of Barcelona, Digital Design Days, and Norwegian Communication Association.

Dasha Dollar-Smirnova is a public speaking coach, and founder of Frog Talk, a company that provides public speaking training workshops. Dasha originally trained and worked in the field of drama and theatre which is where she built her confidence and found her voice.
Her first job was working for advertising agency Hogarth Worldwide, where she applied her acting background to the pitching team and helped the company become one of the UK’s fastest growing advertising agencies. Adebola Rayo Falade is a professional storyteller and the co-owner of the communications company, Asterism. Encouraged by her father, she learned to think critically about stories, essays, and other forms of writing from a young age and knew she wanted to be a writer. She went on to complete a master’s in corporate and marketing communication from IE Business School in Madrid before working as a copy editor and later a speechwriter for the Governor of Lagos.
Since then, Adebola has put her expertise in writing, editing, and book consulting into the storytelling company she co-owns. Her short stories and articles have appeared in Lagos Noir, The Republic, and Lagos 2060, among other publications.
