I'm Stefanie Sword-Williams, I am the founder and author of F*ck Being Humble - a business on a mission to help people get over the fear of self-promotion. I created my business to encourage individuals to be unapologetically proud of their achievements and have helped thousands of people learn how to confidently tell their own story to reach their career goals. As a public speaker and educator, I deliver motivational talks, interactive workshops and personal development training offering life-changing career advice.

Before setting up my business I worked in advertising for 7 years which is where I learned about the power of storytelling. During my career, I moved jobs 6 times and I started a side hustle that turned into my full-time business, so I have experienced a lot of change in my career which is why I want to help you with yours.

I make it mission to make all our content accessible and easy to understand, but most importantly I try to ensure you have clear actions that you can implement immediately. In 2020 I delivered a TEDx Talk on why the world needs to be less humble and I released my first book 'F*ck Being Humble: Why self-promotion isn't a dirty word' which you can purchase in print and audio to accompany your learning experience.
