Studied Visual Design in Fundación Universitaria Bellas Artes 2011-2015 heavily focusing on illustration
• Freelance illustrator
• Currently working for Ude@ - Universidad de Antioquia (2015 -)
I've always had an inclination for drawing and painting which was the main reason behind me choosing to become a Visual Designer, in this way I was able to pursue a passion while also having a more commercial approach to the creative community (though I wholeheartedly believe illustration to be an art discipline of its own that isn't necessarily tied to marketing purposes).
I consider myself to be influenced by a myriad of topics and consider eclectic approaches to be the best way of enjoying a process and overall life. When you let yourself be permeated by numerous experiences, knowledge, teachings, you get a broader perspective on life and as a result your work can be richer and connect with many others.
I love experimentation with different techniques but currently exclusively digital programs and my CintiQ to make my artworks.
