I love my photography and became interested in photographing the birds in my back yard when we were in our first lockdown due to Covid 19. It saved my sanity. I was amazed that I had so many little visitors and nests in my trees that I'd never noticed before.
I've always wanted to learn to paint and I'd love to be able to paint my birds. When I saw the course, I knew I had to do it!
Now, I'm moving onto botanical art and I can't wait to start.
Along with painting and photography, I've been an avid sewer. I made all my children's clothes and most of my own outfits. I always wanted to learn how to draft my own designs. So I'm starting with a smart pair of lady's trousers. I'm not very comfortable in dresses and most of the time I'm in jeans.
I'm loving these Domestika courses. They give you a little taste and then it's up to you to take the ball and run!
