Izzy Burton

Hi! I'm Izzy, an award-winning Director and Artist working in Animation and Publishing.

I am currently Lead Background Artist at Netflix Animation in LA on an unannounced kids TV show, whilst also working as a Director developing short animated films with Troublemakers in Paris and as an Author/Illustrator working with clients such as Harper Collins US, Egmont, Penguin Random House etc.

In 2018 I released my first short animated film "Via", produced at Blue Zoo, which won several awards and was long-listed for a BAFTA and led me to be featured as one of Animation Magazine's "Rising Stars of 2018". I have since directed the short films "A Whale's Tale" and "Stella" with Cartoon Network and Passion Pictures respectively.
