I’m an award winning textile designer from Riga, Latvia and texture is my trademark along with my signature short rows and three-dimensional stitches that I use to create stylish crochet patterns. I've been crocheting for more than 25 years, and designing patterns for more than 10.
My designs have been published in the industrys’ leading magazines and books over the past decade. I’ve also worked for fashion designers worldwide - making samples for the runway of New York Fashion Week have been among most exciting freelance jobs I’ve done.
I have been awarded as the Best New Crochet Designer 2010 by Flamie Award (CLF), followed by publications in major industrys' magazines like Vogue Knitting Crochet, Interweave Crochet, Chrochet! magazine, Crochetscene, Inside Crochet and many more.
I have also had the honour to be added to Forbes Latvia "30 under 30" list in 2014.
