Dagmar Vogel-Hentschel

Dagmar Vogel discovered early on that all her steps would lead to the world of the arts. She lives and works as a lifestyle portrait photographer in Berlin.

With training as a typesetter and a degree in photo design, she initially ventured into newspapers and later into the film industry, website creation, and travel writing. As an editor and co-author of a magazine, she can fully express her creative streak and her passion for writing and photography.

She creates collages because she wants to use the power of composition to tell unique visual stories. By combining different elements, she creates new perspectives and contrasts that are meant to make the viewer think or smile. Collages allow her to explore creative freedom and combine different styles and media. She is fascinated by how random fragments can create a harmonious overall picture.
