Matthias Berghoff
As a consultant, trainer and coach, I support organisations in designing contemporary, people-centred management and leadership tools. From the perspective of identity-oriented management, I shape processes and programmes for the development of modern working environments. For this, I rely on my experience as a freelancer, manager and partner together with my academic education in the fields of communication, business administration as well as work and organisational psychology.

Anastasios Koupantsis
I am an experienced and award-winning multidisciplinary designer living and working in Düsseldorf, Germany.
From 2008 to 2021 I ran Betty and Betty, my own design studio, which I founded during my studies. At the intersection of design and strategy, I worked with my team to create holistic identities and inspiring brand experiences that help businesses and brands evolve in a world of constant change. Always based on clear values and high aesthetics.
As change is the only constant in life, I have decided to close my studio and join the great team at MetaDesign in 2021. My goal is to keep finding new ways to make identity visually tangible and to tell stories that connect brands and people.
