Philip Weiss

Phil Weiss is an entrepreneur and strategic thinker who has been working with leading corporations for the past two decades. Author of 'Hyperthinking', he speaks for audiences around the world on a range of topic related to digital communication, disruption, innovation and technology.

He is the founder and CEO of ZN a leading global digital agency.

He works with such household names as Pfizer, J&J, Coca Cola, Toyota, Microsoft, Sony, Sanofi Pasteur, as well as the EU Commission, and the EU Parliament. He has advised CEOs, President and senior executives on the use of digital tools to reach their goals. He teaches students and organises workshops for clients to build their personal brand on social media. He has used his insights from his extensive experience in his Domestika course.

His Hyperthinking model was developed to enable the ZN team, their clients and his students to manage rapid change and innovation to adapt their strategies and structures to the age of networks.

Whilst studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford, Philip Weiss launched two college magazines, started the first student radio station on a full FM licence in the UK, and received the Young Achievers Award from HM the Queen.

He is a TEDx speaker having appeared on several TEDx stages (from TEDxGateway, the largest TEDx in the world, to TEDxBrussels and TEDxULB). He also co-founded TEDxBrussels.

In 2012, he wrote the book 'Hyperthinking', defining the mindset needed to survive and thrive in the age of rapid change and digital networks. He created an online course teaching the principles of Hyperthinking that has over 80 000 students and 80% of positive reviews.
