Little Lemon

I chose to create a little lemon-headed character because I adore lemons and the bright yellows and greens that are associated with citrus.

Sketchbook, Procreate, Blender

First, I doodled a few ideas of various citrus and faces to get a better idea of what my character should look like - I established a colour palette I wanted to work with, and combined a few of my ideas to get a better sense of what I should make.

I then went into Procreate to doodle some more, and arrived at this combination of what I wanted to create for my character. I went ahead and drew the front and side views to import into Blender

I forgot to take progress screenshots, but following the course, I was able to model a character in Blender and render it with materials! I think it turned out really cute :)
