Ux design Cafe

I created a Cafe e-commerce website where users can order online their brew, and also users can buy coffee beans and grind coffee to brew at home or office. Additionally they can save reward points, and use them for future orders, and also buy gift cards.

first I started to research online for other coffee bars and websites.

next I created an Affinity map where I laid out the different parts of the problem I tried to solve

I followed suite by creating a user persona, where I created a real user with real needs.

Now we have a persona we can have a diagram where the user walks through the process.

After the user journey I started a mind map brainstorm session.

a lo-fi and a hi-fi wireframe was made.

Here I test my hi-fi prototype wireframe with real users.
