Einführung
1. Project Idea & Goal
The "Partner Management" app was developed to simplify the documentation of supplier contacts and increase transparency regarding existing data. It enables internal users to centrally record information about suppliers and consolidate existing data such as contact details, interactions, and relevant documents. The main goal is to enhance efficiency and clarity in managing supplier relationships.
2. Target Audience & Usage Context
The "Partner Management" app is designed for internal teams such as partner management, procurement, and operational staff. It is primarily used in office settings on desktop devices but can also be accessed on mobile devices for quick access to supplier information while on the go. The focus is on providing these target groups with a central and intuitive platform to streamline their daily tasks.
Moodboard & Visual References
The design of the "Partner Management" app follows a professional, clean, and modern style that resonates with the target audience and ensures clear user navigation. The primary colors are:
- **#000099** (dark blue for trust and professionalism)
- **#FE8F11** (orange for accents and dynamism)
- **#1195EB** (light blue for freshness and clarity)
- **#E4DAD4** (light beige for a harmonious balance).
Typography and UI elements are kept minimalistic to ensure intuitive and user-friendly navigation. The moodboard combines these colors with modern design styles that balance functionality and aesthetics.
3. Wireframes & Structure
The "Partner Management" app is clearly structured and consists of six main pages that cover key functions and information:
1. **Overview** – A central dashboard displaying all suppliers and their status.
2. **Partner** – Detailed information about individual suppliers, including contact details and interactions.
3. **Qualifications** – Overview of supplier qualifications and certifications.
4. **Contracts** – Management and access to existing contracts.
5. **Construction Projects** – Linking suppliers to ongoing construction projects.
6. **Documentation** – A central repository for contacts.
Screenshots of three of these pages will be presented later in the project to illustrate the user interface and functionality.
4. Design Decisions & Components
The design of the "Partner Management" app emphasizes consistency and user-friendliness. A recurring element is the **header**, which is always present when navigating to a supplier. The header includes:
- **Supplier name** in **bold**, making identification easier.
- **Supplier master data** in a less prominent font, displayed directly below the name.
- A clear separation between the header and page content using a fine line for visual structure.
Another key UI element is the **progress bar**, which indicates the supplier's status in the quality process. This visual feedback helps users quickly understand the current stage and plan necessary actions.
The navigation and layouts are designed to make the app's main functions easily accessible and intuitive.

Conclusion & Learnings
Developing the "Partner Management" app was a valuable experience that brought both technical and design challenges. The combination of functional design and clear user navigation highlighted the importance of thoughtful UI/UX to meet user needs.
For future projects, I aim to further separate the roles of **developer** and **UI/UX designer** to make better and more targeted design decisions. This clear division of roles will help improve the quality and user-friendliness of applications.
