I graduated from the Art Academy in Zwolle( the Netherlands) as a visual artist and illustrator in 2009.
I’ve always loved alienation and fantasizing, daydreaming. As a child I had all kinds of theories about how the world worked. I rediscovered this and used it as a . How things work also is a fascination of mine. Seeing the world and everything in it with that open gaze and mind like a child opens up so many possibilities. You can change a subjects feel or meaning with that.
I play with form, meaning and function and new combinations arise.
Often surprising, strange and funny but also with a strange kind of logic, a fantastic and surreal world.

I find my inspiration everywhere where my mind can float. New connections between things appear. Stress is the only limiting facor.
This way of viewing opens a philosophical view of the world and myself in it. Who am I? What is my reality and how do I get to decide how it looks and works?
