Hello!

We are Caroline Ziegler and Pierre Brichet from Studio BrichetZiegler.
Our design studio was created in Paris in 2010. We propose a transversal and open-ended vision of design through a technical and poetic approach.

We work at all scales, from craft to industry, in the field of furniture and lighting design.
Passionate about know-how and making, we take a new look at materials and forms.
We like to design colorful, graphic and expressive objects, where material is highlighted, as well as uses.

In 2015, seeking to go further on material experimentations and make new products come to life, we were among the first French “designer-makers” to launch a self production collection, called By Hands. A family of objects and furniture, imagined, designed and made by ourselves in our workshop, in limited edition.

In 2017, we have been awarded the Grand Prix de la Création de la Ville de Paris.
Some of our products belong to Mobilier National and CNAP permanent collections.
We teach design at Ecole Camondo in Paris since 2013.
