I was trained as a scientist, but I love the arts, especially the visual arts. I also love working within constraints, the potency of design and am very concerned about human impact on the planet. Wood and furnitures are kind of spiritual to me as most forest habitats from which they were extracted are mostly likely now extinct. Through refurbishing and upcycling i want to keep as many pieces as possible in use while bringing newer experiences and relationships between them and the user.
