Martyna Wędzicka-Obuchowicz

Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. Freelance graphic designer, teacher and lecturer. She also designs visual identity systems, covers, books, catalogues and posters. Nominated and honoured in the "Fresh Blood" category in the Project of the Year 2018/2019 competition, and winner of the Polish Graphic Design Awards 2019 and 2021. In addition to "hard" and analytical design, she is interested in the phenomenon of chance and human error, creating works based on the deconstruction of graphic elements, photos and typography. She is constantly experimenting with the poster form and the choice of means of expression, which is why strong contrasts and geometric shapes dominate her recent work.
