Elvezia Cavagna

Artist and freelance illustrator based in Bergamo. I have exhibited as an artist in various national exhibitions. In 2009, I was a finalist in the Art Prize Laguna, chosen among 5,500 participating artists from around the world, and in 2010, I was mentioned in the Premio Arte Mondadori. Since 2005, I have been teaching art techniques to adults and children through drawing, painting, and manual workshops. I have published in Italy as an author “La fattoria delle Mollette” (Mondadori Electa) and as an illustrator “Come neve al sole” (Albe Edizioni), "Il tesoro della collina" (Voglino Editrice), and "Un pennello e un secchio" (Voglino Editrice).

In my work, I use a mixed technique, both in painting and illustration. Particularly in illustration, I start the work on paper with graphite, watercolors, acrylics, and charcoal, then continue the work with digital media. I enjoy walking, going to the cinema and art exhibitions, I am passionate about cooking, but above all, I love drawing.
