Felipe Baldwin Vargas

I am an IT Senior Associate at Macquarie Group, a global financial services provider, where I have been delivering IT support and solutions for the past 1.5+ years. I have extensive experience in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting performance issues, logging and updating service requests, and repairing and replacing equipment as needed. I am also skilled in aiding staff and customers with system setup and resolution, generating sign-ins for new hires, and training end-users on hardware and software functionality.

As an ITIL 4 certified professional, I follow the best practices and standards for IT service management, and I have a strong background in IT business analysis, which I developed and applied in my previous role as an IT Services Analyst at TC Energy. There, I was responsible for developing projects and comprehensive solutions with various tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms, as well as developing and maintaining system documentation, designing and developing user interfaces and reports, and directing and testing system application specifications. I am passionate about process transformation and continuous improvement, and I have a diploma in Continuous Improvement from Universidad Marista de México. I have also obtained the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate issued by CertiProf. I have worked in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, and I value collaboration, communication, and innovation.
