Lidi Lima-Conlon

I’m Lidi Lima-Conlon, a multi award winning newborn photographer based in Ireland. I’m originally from Brazil but I travelled to Ireland back in 2008 to learn English. I fell in love with the country and met my husband and never moved back to my home country.

In Brazil I graduated in Journalism and worked as a TV reporter for a few years. That was when I started looking at composition, exposure and the creative side of videos. After a couple of years in Ireland I attended a beginners course in photography and that changed my life. I stopped thinking about going back to journalism and decided to give my photography career a go.

It didn’t take me long to realise that my passion really is photographing babies and their families. Now I specialise in newborn and baby photography.

I have received national and international awards throughout the years, including Newborn
Photographer of the Year 2021 and the Chairman's Award 2021 by the Irish Professional Photographers and
Videographers Association.

My career is focused on capturing heartfelt images to my clients while offering top quality services and products, and mentoring new photographers to help them start in the newborn world, especially when it comes to safety and the business side of it.
