Doughnuts with Tangzhong
I have created doughnuts for my customer using Kane Bergman recipe with a small changes. I have reduced 5% of the bread flour and milk on the recipe. This 5% I made a Tangzhong recipe where I mixed the bread flour and milk, put it on stove and continue to mix until it turned like a paste. Once it's warm, will add it after mixing the flour, salt, sugar and yeast and during pouring the milk. It was extra soft! :) Thank you
