I worked as a food styling assistant in a tableware collection developed through a collaboration between Chef Fatih Tutak and Karaca, contributing to the visual presentation and styling of the dishes.

Tedarik
I designed a dinner concept featuring dishes such as squid ink and oyster spaghetti, salmon gravlax, cheese-filled cucumber rolls, and medium-rare beef tenderloin. During the process, I used professional food styling equipment including plating tweezers, precision knives, brushes, and controlled lighting setups to create an elegant and visually appealing presentation.
Process
I began the process by setting up a well-organized and efficient mise en place. Then, I carefully prepared and presented the dishes to ensure they maintained their visual quality and freshness throughout the shooting process.
