Sarah Favour Litchfield

Hi everyone, my name is Sarah Favour Litchfield. I live in South Africa, in a semi-rural place called Rustenburg, where I work as a teacher of the Deaf students. I am a published writer who is passionate about writing. I am currently editing my second book which is in Tswana, one of the languages used here in South Africa. During my spare time, I work with children in the rural areas and orphanages, I love seeing them realize the potential and growing to attain that. I also work very close with the blind members of my community. I am the founder of SarahAfrica Foundation, our foundation, amongst other things, seeks to raise awareness , promote access, equity and inclusion, by advocating for participation of the underrepresented members of our community. I was introduced into filmmaking in 2024, after I had attended a film festival, it is there where I fell in love with Documentaries as conduit of sharing real stories which resonate with everyone and since then, I had been eager to learn more about this field. I am excited about this course and what it entails.
