Jelena Bojović

Hallo! My name is Jelena Bojovic. I am a textile designer and conservator. I'm currently employed with ensemble KOLO, and I'm taking care of costumes which some of them date from the 19. century.

Beside conservation and restoration, I also make reconstructions of some garments with all textile techniques that are used in the original ones. For the needs of some play, choreography or performance, I make modern costumes inspired by tradition.

I am very happy that I have opportunity to collaborate with many individuals (fashion and costume designers, photographers, craftsmen) and productions which I enjoyed making beautiful things.
