Antipode - A journey of opposites

Hi there guys! I have recently finished this brilliant course, and I just wanted to share my final project here and say a few words on it.

The non-linear storyline is mainly an exploration of opposites in material form and/or essence, and how these are similar or different from one another.

When it comes to the structure, I sort of diverted a little from the way the storyboards were, as I got this idea while sketching - of two separate scenes together and how they may connect - and wanted to explore that. It turned out to be quite a bigger challenge than I thought, with two scenes in one that I had to animate 😅 and I had to go back a few times to change things in order to try not to overdo it and overwhelm the eye. After I had finished I tried out how it may be with some music and sound effects and this is the result. I hope that in the end it came out as intended!

(I have to say that what is great about this course is, that the subjects and process are very well explained and the homework given is really good and enough, and so I am able to come back again to practice more of the exercises or tell another story based on the ideas presented)
