Ama Warnock

I am a public health researcher, doula, counselor, and avid crafter. I love working with embroidery, needle felting, crochet, and weaving. I've been learning to mix methods and have been developing my own style. I'm currently doing a lot of figure study work through embroidery. I am looking to continue to hone my skills and to learn from other disciplines. The Domestika Scholarship program would help me achieve my dreams. There are so many courses I would love to take but do not have the funds to do. I have grown a great deal through Domestika - these courses have taught me just about everything I know and I am already promoting the courses frequently to friends, family, and people who see my work on the internet. I am a better person with a life that brings me energy and joy when I am working on my art. Many thanks to my great Domestika teachers for impacting my life so positively.
