Nasima Alam is a UK-based cake artist who specializes in bespoke wedding cake designs. In 2016, she founded Sweet Drops of Heaven, which is dedicated to cake designs and cake decorating classes. Sweet Drops of Heaven also sells original confectionary products and designer stencils.

Nasima has collaborated with clients such as Daniel Wellington, and has been featured in cake magazines such as Satin Ice, Cake Masters, Cake Decoration and SugarCraft. Her work can be seen on her website or through Instagram.

Liz Shim is a professional cake artist based in Houston, Texas. Her baking journey started in college when she enrolled in a recreational baking class over the summer. By the end of the course, she knew she wanted to pursue baking as a career and went on to attend culinary school in San Francisco. Kate Kim is a professional baking instructor and cake designer based in London, UK where she began exploring her passion for baking professionally. Originally from Jinhae, South Korea, famed for its cherry blossom tourism, Kate began baking during her free time while working as a TV producer. What started out as a hobby quickly evolved into a passionate career, with which she could share knowledge and meet new people by giving private baking classes.

Tanaporn Vilailaks, known as Kwun, started her career in cake artistry in her native Thailand. Her brand, Butter & Blossoms, is a well-recognized name among cake enthusiasts on social media. She started her career with a degree in Architecture, majoring in Industrial Design, from KMITL. After a brief stint as a graphic designer, she discovered her passion for pâtisserie, prompting her to open her own shop, Modern Cake, in 2005. Kwun pursued a Pâtisserie Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu in 2008. From then, she began offering custom cakes for special occasions and supplying to various coffee shops in Bangkok under her café, Modern Cake.

Kwun's specialty lies in flower sculpture painting using buttercream and chocolate cream, a signature technique she self-taught and perfected since 2017. She officially launched her artwork on Instagram and Facebook under "Butter & Blossoms" in 2015, initially showcasing her piping flower techniques. Since then, she has been teaching private and online classes, gradually turning her passion into a successful career. In 2018, she established her own teaching studio in Bangkok, called the Butter & Blossoms studio, further solidifying her reputation as a revered cake decorator.
