Leire Villar learned how to crochet more than 10 years ago and has been passionate about it ever since. She loves that you can create a unique object with just a needle, yarn, and orderly rows of knots. Under her brand Ameskeria, she creates products for women and children that she sells online or at craft fairs like Festivalet.

She also shares her passion for crochet by teaching workshops, decorating street furniture with crochet designs, and through her digital magazine of crochet patterns that she co-founded with Ingrid Valls and Nuria Picos. In addition to crochet, Leire is passionate about photography and is always looking for ways to combine both worlds and find her own form of expression through images.

Nati Dorado is an artist, crochet designer, and creator of the concept and technique for making 2D amigurumis through her brand, Virreinata. She taught herself to crochet, and eventually this passion is what led her to build her brand. She feels that the world is full of adventures, feelings, shapes, and colors that take on a life of their own in her 2D amigurumis.

Throughout her career she has worked for organizations like The Sewing Box, and has led workshops at the Handmade Festival in Barcelona and Handmade Argentina, among others.

Crochet expert Lhyla Tirado, also known as Lhylaraña, specializes in crochet amigurumi. Through her brand, Laraña, she works with a range of companies and private clients to create her fun-filled crochet dolls. She has also collaborated with visual artist Joan Alfaro and has had her creations featured in El Mercurio and Pateperro magazine.

She uses her amigurumi to pay tribute to the people around her, who serve as inspiration for her designs. It is thanks to these people that each and every one of her pieces is bursting with life, and unique just like their real-life doppelgängers.

Marcelo Javier Cortés, better known as Príncipe del Crochet on social media, is a crocheter and amigurumi designer. He started his career as a philosophy and Spanish teacher, but as of 2019, he's been fully devoted to crochet and managing his social media accounts.
A true artist at heart, he's deeply passionate about reading, writing, and crochet, combining all three in his work: he creates characters inspired by his poems and vice versa. As an expert in amigurumi design with an insatiable curiosity, he's constantly searching for new ways to customize his creations and give them an original and distinctive look.

Daniela Inostroza and Pilar Ramírez are a Chilean crochet duo who are fully devoted to amigurumi, both creating them and teaching others their craft. Although their original career paths (law and biology, respectively) had little to do with this art form, they found true happiness among hooks and yarn.

That's how Tutitas was born. Through social media and their website, Daniela and Pilar provide crochet kits and patterns to anyone who shares their passion for amigurumi. With years of combined experience, they love to experiment with a variety of techniques in their work to create cute designs that are also fun to crochet. Their style is characterized by pastel colors, floral motifs, touches of fantasy, and romantic-style accessories.
