Yarn, thread, buttons, and ribbons were Marta Porcel's passion as a little girl. Although she is a trained psychologist and professional marketing expert, in 2016, she decided to devote herself to what she loves full time: teaching knitting and showing the world what you can create with your own hands.

To further fuel her passion, Marta launched Creativa Atelier, her own website and online pattern store where she provides step-by-step instructions on how to knit and make clothing and accessories. Her work has caught the attention of well-known industry brands and has allowed her to collaborate with big names like Katia Yarns and Fabrics, Anchor Crafts, We Are Knitters, DMC, and Knitive. Her work has also been featured in magazines and publications such as The Sewing Box Magazine, Labores del Hogar, Molly Makes, Fair Cotton Crochet, Ser Padres.

After being awarded her degree in technical engineering for industrial design, Carmen García de Mora was left yearning for a life of knitting needles and yarn, a passion inherited from her grandmother. In that moment she decided to study a Master's in knitwear design and has dedicated herself to both this and teaching since 2005.

Up until 2020, she taught a class in industrial knitwear as part of a fashion design degree in Barcelona. She is also an industrial knitwear production consultant as well as a hand-knit garment and collection designer for adults and infants. As for more personal projects, she markets her new designs through Ravelry and shares them with her follows on Instagram.

Jandi Gardiazabal is a textile artist with a passion for colors. She grew up in a family where knitting, embroidery, and sewing were the norm, so at just eight years old she had already picked up the knitting habit. She loves creating with her hands and shares that passion with others by teaching knitting classes and making patterns.

In 2021, she joined forces with her sister to keep up with the demand of the ever-growing knitting community. Jandi has amassed more than 65K followers on Instagram thanks to the tips, tricks, tutorials, and inspiration she shares every day on her profile.

Joice Cabrera is a self-taught designer specialized in the confection of oversized sweaters and the founder of the brand Siempre Oveja. She's managed to spread her passion for wool, colors, and textures to all corners of the globe.

Making sweaters came to her in a moment of crisis, as instinctively as throwing on a life jacket, and has allowed her to learn to understand her emotions, experimenting with the shapes and patterns that come to her naturally.

Josefina Vergara, better known as Pope, grew up among fabrics and yarns, becoming passionate about fashion. After studying digital design, she rediscovered needles when she got pregnant with her first daughter. Thus, she mastered weaving and began to create her own designs, experimenting with different textures, materials, and techniques.

In 2020, she released her first pattern called Scrap Cardigan and thanks to its great acceptance, she had the opportunity to write a pattern in The Art of Knitting magazine. The following year, he published in POMPOM mag. Later, he created his first collection of vests with the support of the University Club. Today, he works shaping projects for different publishers in different parts of the world and writing his patterns, which he sells on Ravelry.
