Fotógrafo Newyorkino de los 50, el decía “ Lo único que te va
hacer mejor fotógrafo es tomar las fotos, La técnica es fácil,
la técnica fotográfica es sencilla, si que lo es..
El Proceso te perdona los errores de tu poca habilidad o
experiencia, puedes tener un error de foco, de iluminación
de velocidad y aun así puedes conseguir una buena foto”
La fotografía es una disciplina donde eduque mi visión y la
convine con la metería metafórica que me habita en mis libros,
en mi literatura en el consumo de imagines, los recuerdos, los
colores, los sabores, la forma y la manera de organizar y
componer estos elementos para provocar una reacción en el
espectador,
Y especialmente una educación bicultural que influye en como
puedo ver desde un punto de vista interiorista como mexicano y
desde el punto de vista de inmigrante adaptado a una nación que
me acoge y me da una segunda patria. Usar el contexto y moverlo
a favor de mi estética, de mi forma de pensar para provocar las
emociones que creen empatía, reflección, tristeza, moviendo al
espectador y lo tome por asalto, sin permiso, irreverente y con
una total y honestidad, congruencia y compromiso con lo que
estoy haciendo.
Provocar, retar e incluso incomodar al espectador a partir de
conmover su pensar, su sentir y poder sembrar las semillas de la
curiosidad en quien mire mi trabajo.

provoke emotions that create empathy, reflection, sadness, moving the
viewer and take it by storm, without permission, irreverent
and with total honesty, consistency and commitment to what
I’m doing.
Provoke, challenge and even make the viewer uncomfortable by
moving their thinking, feeling and being able to sow the seeds of
curiosity in those who look at my work.
