Introduction
I couldn't come up with a story from Miguel's instructions so I did an online exercise lead by Lynda Berry...it worked...though its based on quite a random memory...but with that story I could do a script, a storyboard and the final art work. It all came together. Miguel's instructions helped me to just get it done and not fret. And having done that I have a million more ideas and questions. So it was worthwhile, regardless of if i did a 'good' comix.
Supplies
Pen and paper. rubber cement. The scanner at the office...and photoshop...at the office to format and clean it up.

The cover comes from my experiments in ruling pen calligraphy and is the year the story happened and the car I was driving.

What a great story!
I like your drawings. What technique did you use?
Thanks. The on line class with Lynda Berry really helped me recover that memory, but Miguel's class got me the rest of the way there. The drawings are all pen and ink on card stock over light pencil sketches. I did them separately from the panels because I was so nervous. I glued them onto the sheet with the panels and then scanned the entire sheet, 11x17. I cleaned it up in photoshop, but otherwise it is as it was drawn.
Although Miguel's session got me the rest of the way there, the on line class with Lynda Berry truly helped me regain that memory. Every one of the drawings is pen and ink on card paper over light pencil studies. Being so anxious, I completed them apart from the panels.
