Introduction
VALENTINES DAY DESSERT TABLE FOR DIOR ~ for this opportunity, we created a sweet table that fully embraced the spirit of the event, showcasing Valentine’s Day classics—roses, petals, soft pinks, and shimmering details. We featured a variety of desserts, including pearled brigadeiros, alfajor cookies, a heart-shaped cake, branded butter, and fruits in jello, among others. Throughout the process, we ensured our vision was perfectly aligned with the client’s expectations and most importantly, the event’s purpose.

Supplies
For this project, we gathered a curated selection of our favorite mini dessert recipes, a heart-shaped cake pan for the centerpiece, fresh flowers to elevate the table styling, and jello for a playful and nostalgic touch. Each element was chosen to complement the romantic and whimsical Valentine’s theme while supporting the overall aesthetic and variety of the sweet table.

Concept Development & Mood Board
Define the overall theme (Valentine’s classics: roses, petals, pinks, shimmering details).
Create a mood board with visual references (color palette, textures, floral inspiration, dessert styling).
Share mood board with client for approval to ensure alignment with their vision.

Ingredient & Supplies List
Draft a detailed ingredient list for each dessert (e.g., brigadeiros, heart-shaped cake, jello, etc.).
List all supplies:
Heart-shaped cake pan
Flowers (roses, petals, etc.)
Jello molds
Packaging and display items (trays, stands, decor)
Branding elements (e.g., custom butter stamps or branded touches)
Source ingredients and supplies (local vendors, online stores).

Organize Baking & Production Days
Create a production calendar:
Day 1: Prep ingredients, make jello, brigadeiros, and other components that store well.
Day 2: Bake and decorate heart-shaped cake, prepare branded butter, assemble remaining desserts.
Day 3: Finishing touches, quality control, packaging.

On-site setup
Arrange the sweet table according to mood board references.
Style with flowers and decorative elements.
Final quality check before the event starts.
