Jodi Moreno is a chef and food stylist from New York City. After years of working from her studio in Brooklyn, she decided to move to Mexico City after falling in love with its culinary culture. Podia ter dado mais atenção aos ingredientes, os verdes do vaso tão super murchos. O frango tão pálido que só escondendo pra fazer um prato bonito (e foi o que ela fez). Os toppings se resume a sal, ervas/flores secas, azeite e gergelim em todos os pratos.
As louças são bonitas, mas nem só de props se faz uma foto.
Gosto do estilo bagunçado de empratar, mas poderia ter oferecido outras formas também, nem todo cliente quer essa proposta

muy malo. La mujer no tiene ni idea de lo que es una hierba fresca y te presenta unas hierbas y verduras pochas como frescas. Su emplatados funcionan solo si el plato no es para comer. Y es bastante ridiculo que ponga su instagram donde tiene 14 seguidores, definitivamente no le da credibilidad.
Ademas el curso es aburridisimo. Menos mal que lo pagué solo 99 centimos!

it was very nice to learn some key techniques on how to style your food. I think it was not really instructive on the "how to take pictures" but it was still nice to listen to her advice.
