Create images with watercolors, acrylics, pastels and other techniques and illustrate pieces that bring a text to life

Illustrating with analog techniques allows you to strengthen any literary text and enhance the story to make it speak louder than words by creating an expressive visual language rich in colors and textures. Illustrator and painter Santiago Guevara is an expert in these techniques with more than twelve published books featuring his work.

In this course, learn how to create editorial illustrations using mixed analog techniques. Experiment with graphite pencils, watercolors, acrylics, colored pencils, oil and soft pastels, gouache, and any other materials you have on hand to add your personal touch to the literary world.

And if you want to explore your own visual language to create your first artist's notebook, check out Santiago's course Sketchbook Creation: Find Your Own Language.
