In 2016, Paloma Ávila founded Half & Twice, her independent design studio that specializes in brand development with a focus on digital presence for start-ups and growing businesses.
When she's not working at her studio, Paloma is actively involved in collaborative design projects and initiatives like the Ladies, Wine & Design event in Madrid. She is also the co-founder of Open Design Area and collaborates with The Magazine Club and Meet a Designer. She recently attended a board meeting at ADG-FAD, the Spanish designers' association in Barcelona, and helped launch a committee in Madrid with other industry colleagues.
