FAQs

A design sprint is a structured, five-day process used to rapidly prototype and test ideas. It helps teams solve complex problems, validate solutions with users, and minimize development risk before full-scale production.

This course is designed for those with some prior experience in design or digital product development. Beginners can join, but a basic understanding of UX or web design is helpful.

You’ll need access to digital collaboration tools like Miro for whiteboarding, Zoom for video meetings, and prototyping software such as Adobe XD or Figma. A stable internet connection is also required.

You’ll learn how to organize and facilitate design sprints, prototype and test digital products, analyze user feedback, use Miro for remote collaboration, and present sprint results to stakeholders.

Remote design sprints involve mapping goals, conducting expert interviews, sketching solutions, voting, building prototypes, and testing them with users, all using digital collaboration tools.

While the course emphasizes digital product design, the sprint framework and design principles can also be applied to print assets, signage, and other visual communication projects.

You’ll learn to set up a collaborative Miro board, use digital sticky notes for brainstorming, organize ideas, and vote on solutions using digital voting dots.
