Does what it says on the tin! If you're looking for a relatively quick but actionable crash course on how to get started analysing social media presence and engagement, this course does that very well. I speak Spanish so following it was easier than if I had to rely on subtitles. Some platforms are a bit outdated (based on 2021) so it would be great if it included Meta Business Suite for FB/Instagram.

Existen procedimientos que ya no se hacen así como por ejemplo las estadísticas de X (twitter), porque están sólo disponible si se paga. Habría que actualizar el curso en base a las modificaciones que tienen las RRSS
