Learn to shape clothes directly on a mannequin and turn them into patterns for future replicas

Unlike 2D garment modeling, moulage allows you to design in three dimensions, working with the fabric directly on the mannequin; a simple method that yields excellent results. Designer Isabel Sánchez, who has collaborated with big names in Spanish fashion like Devota & Lomba, Jesús del Pozo, and Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, is an expert in this technique and lets you in on her step-by-step process.

In this course, learn to make a garment with the easy and efficient moulage techniques on a mannequin. Isabel teaches you how to position reference points on your mannequin and how to build the different elements, from the first markings on the sample fabric and the seams, to the ruching and final details that round off your blouse.
