    El Sindicato Arquitectura was founded in 2014 by Xavier Duque, Nicolás Viteri y Maria Reinoso, a collaborative and experimental team who sees architectural design, construction, and urban intervention as a means to express what they're most passionate about both inside and out of the profession.

    Their projects have been featured in media outlets such as ArchDaily, Gestalten, and the BBC. They were also selected to participate in the Young Architects in Latin America exhibition and won the Building of the Year 2020 award in the Small Scale and Installations category.
