Del grande mondo della tavola è stato affrontato solo una minima parte. L'insegnante proviene dal settore della ceramica e quindi ha esaminato solo questo materiale, escludendo tutti gli altri come il vetro, il legno, ecc. Il corso inoltre ha illustrato solo piatti e ciotole tralasciando le altre stoviglie come bicchieri e il loro posizionamento e la differenza d'uso, le posate, i tovaglioli. Il corso ha voluto solo insegnare come divertirsi a mischiare le stoviglie che si possiedono a casa.
