Start the course by learning about Jonathan Da Costa's journey through graphic design and art direction to the creation of his own studio. He also talks about the designers who influence him on a daily basis.
Next, discover all the work that goes into graphic design. Begin by learning how to analyze a client's brief and get familiar with the Figma software. Create the tree structure of your app and the wireframes, mock-ups that represent the entire structure of the information displayed on the screens.
Move on to refining the whole graphic makeup of your app. Give it a unique style by working on the graphic charter, exploring several creative avenues and testing your ideas.
Then begin the technical phase of the project: the UI design. Develop the complete design of a home page, a collection page, a product page, and subpages. This is a pivotal step, where the application becomes realistic and each of its components are specified.
Finally, test your work with Figma's prototyping feature and simulate your application with transitions and animations between screens. Now all you have to do is prepare your file for delivery to the development team... And you're done!
