For Silvia Calvet, Design thinking offers a thinking model that ensures that we can all put ourselves in the shoes of the people for whom we design. With this, we can deliver innovative and relevant solutions.
As a strategist, Silvia knows how to define challenges and projects from the beginning, and then solve them in the best possible way. In this online course, you will be taught to identify the needs of your target market in order to design relevant solutions using the Design Thinking method.

Immediately, you will delve into the tools and processes of Design Thinking and agile thinking, which will help you achieve flexible projects.
To reach relevant solutions, you need empathy and feedback. Therefore, you will identify and study your users, find common patterns between them and make visual documents to gather all the learning and apply it correctly.
Later, you will decide what is most important to solve, explore multiple outcomes, and select the most beneficial ones.
Finally, with the ultimate solution in mind, you will create a prototype that you will test with your target audience. You will collect and analyze feedback and review what you have learned.
You will learn to incorporate Design Thinking into your solutions, projects and businesses through a workbook that you will complete throughout the course.
